Le Bar (Fleur de Loire)

Upscale hotel bar at Fleur de Loire, Christophe Hay’s Relais & Châteaux hotel on the Loire quay in Blois, home of his two-Michelin-star restaurant. A short Champagne list, Gosset Grande Réserve and Charles Heidsieck Rosé, both poured by the glass and sold by the bottle. Price level in 2026: a glass from around €20 ($25), bottles from around €115 ($125), none under €100. Open daily from 10am until midnight, and until 1am on Fridays and Saturdays.
