Upscale brasserie on Boulevard de Saint-Georges, at an address dating from 1903, with a 1950s bar. About 20 Champagnes by the bottle, mostly growers such as Bérêche, Jacquesson, Françoise Bedel, Cédric Bouchard, Savart and Jacques Selosse, plus Billecart-Salmon and Taittinger. Open Monday to Friday for lunch and dinner. Price level in 2026: no Champagne by the glass, bottles from around €120 ($135), none under €100.
