Mid-range seafood brasserie on Place du Molard, open since 1933, with its own oyster stand. The Champagne list is all Gosset, from Brut Excellence and Grand Rosé to Grand Blanc de Blancs and Celebris 2007 Extra Brut, with magnums and a house flute by the glass. Open daily. Price level in 2026: a glass from around €20 ($20), bottles from around €105 ($115), none under €100.
