Alain Ducasse’s Paris bistro in its Tokyo version, on the 10th floor of La Porte Aoyama near Omotesando. The September 2026 wine list has about 20 Champagnes by the bottle, starting with Duval-Leroy Brut Réserve at ¥17,800 and Ayala Brut Nature at ¥18,000. Growers such as Jean Vesselle, Pierre Moncuit and Pierre Péters sit beside Philipponnat, Gosset, Telmont and Bollinger PN, with Dom Pérignon 2013 and Perrier-Jouët Belle Époque 2012 at the top. No Champagne is named by the glass on the list, so ask what is being poured. Lunch 11:30 to 15:30, dinner 17:30 to 22:30.
