Tower’s Bar Bellovisto (Cerulean Tower Tokyu Hotel)

Bar on the 40th floor of the Cerulean Tower Tokyu Hotel in Shibuya, looking out over the city. The July 2026 wine list has about 30 Champagnes by the bottle, from Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut at ¥17,600 and Vranken Brut Nature at ¥18,000 through Bruno Paillard, Pierre Paillard, Charles Heidsieck, Bollinger, Guy Charlemagne and Jacquesson Cuvée 748 to Dom Pérignon 2015, Krug Grande Cuvée and Salon 2013. The list has no by-the-glass section. Prices include tax and a 15% service charge. A cover charge of ¥2,000 per person applies after 19:00, except at the counter. Open Monday to Friday 16:00 to midnight, Saturday 13:30 to midnight, Sunday and holidays 13:30 to 23:00. No guests under 20 after 18:00.
