Upscale restaurant at the five-star METT Hotel, the former Gran Hotel La Florida, on the Tibidabo hillside above the city. Taittinger Brut Réserve and Taittinger Rosé by the glass, and about 24 Champagnes by the bottle, from Taittinger, Palmer and Bollinger to Krug, Comtes de Champagne, Cristal and Dom Pérignon P2.
