About 85 Champagnes by the bottle, mostly growers: Vieillard, Michel Gonet, Pierre Baillette, Agrapart, Bérêche, Jérôme Prévost, Vouette & Sorbée and Marie-Noëlle Ledru, up to Jacques Selosse. No Champagne by the glass on the autumn 2026 list. Price level in 2026: bottles from around €65 ($75), plenty under €100.
