Winter Garden Bar (The St. Regis Florence)

Upscale grand hotel bar under the glass ceiling of The St. Regis Florence on Piazza Ognissanti. Five Champagnes by the 12.5 cl glass (Bollinger Special Cuvée, Billecart-Salmon Brut Réserve, Veuve Clicquot Rosé, Ruinart Blanc de Blancs, Krug Grande Cuvée) and eight by the bottle, up to Dom Pérignon, Krug and Cristal. Price level in 2026: a glass from around €35 ($40), bottles from around €180 ($200), none under €100. The bar opens daily from 18:00 to 01:00 and the hotel advertises an evening Champagne sabrage ritual.
