Upscale bar on the 23rd floor of Hotel Okura Amsterdam, with views over the city. About ten Champagnes, from Veuve Clicquot and Ruinart (including halves and a magnum) to Billecart-Salmon Rosé, Laurent-Perrier Rosé, Dom Pérignon 2017 and Krug, by the glass and by the bottle. Open every evening from 17:00 or 18:00. Price level in 2026: a glass from around €27 ($30), half bottles from around €140 ($155) and bottles from around €160 ($180), none under €100.
