Modern Indian tasting-menu restaurant at St. Regis Gardens on Palm Jumeirah, with the Papadom bar on site. The bar menu lists Champagne by the glass, including Marguet Shaman Grand Cru Rosé and Tarlant Zero Brut Nature. Around 45 Champagnes are sold by the bottle, with a long grower section (Cédric Bouchard, Ulysse Collin, Chartogne-Taillet, Egly-Ouriet, Vilmart, Larmandier-Bernier, Jérôme Prévost) next to Krug, Salon, Cristal and Dom Pérignon. Open Monday to Saturday 6 pm to 11 pm with seatings at 6 pm and 9:15 pm; closed Sunday. Reservation required. The online list dates from late 2025, so ask for current prices.
