Slipen is a waterfront restaurant on the historic island of Beckholmen in Stockholm, housed in a former shipyard building overlooking Saltsjön. Created by the founders of the Fabrique bakery, it serves uncomplicated Swedish-inspired cuisine made with high-quality seasonal ingredients, alongside artisan bread from its own bakery, in a relaxed maritime setting.
