SKAI Restaurant (Swissôtel The Stamford)

Contemporary grill restaurant on level 70 of Swissôtel The Stamford, looking out over Marina Bay. The July 2026 beverage menu lists two Champagnes by the glass, Pommery Brut Royal at SGD 30 and Veuve Clicquot Brut at SGD 48, with the same wines at SGD 145 and 222 a bottle. The bottle list runs to about 20 Champagnes, from Delamotte Brut (SGD 185) and Billecart-Salmon Brut Réserve (228) up to Krug Grande Cuvée (688), and it includes growers such as Tellier and Adrien Renoir. Open daily from 12pm to midnight; the adjoining SKAI Bar opens from 5pm to 1am. Prices are as printed on the menu, so confirm them when ordering.
