A Michelin-starred restaurant next to the IJssel river in Capelle aan den IJssel, just 25 minutes from Rotterdam Centraal. Chef Jos Grootscholten and sommelier Sharon Tettero opened Perceel in 2010 and have held their Michelin star since 2012. Jos has worked at three-starred Noma and Martín Berasategui; Sharon at the same pedigree of restaurants plus Savelberg.
