Upscale bar on the lobby floor of Regent Hong Kong, 18 Salisbury Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, with floor-to-ceiling windows onto Victoria Harbour. About 43 Champagnes with a strong grower selection: Billecart-Salmon, Pierre Péters, Savart, Prévost, Ulysse Collin, Tarlant and eight Jacques Selosse cuvées, up to Salon, Krug and Cristal. Three Champagnes are poured by the glass, including Charles Dufour and a Drémont rosé. Price level in 2026: a glass from around €25 ($30), bottles from around €115 ($125), none under €100. A 10% service charge is added.
