Upscale northern Chinese restaurant and bar on the 18th floor of H Zentre, 15 Middle Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, with views across Victoria Harbour (it moved here from One Peking). About 25 Champagnes by the bottle, from Veuve Clicquot, Ruinart and Bollinger to Dom Pérignon, Krug and Cristal, plus growers such as Jacquesson, Chavost and Jeaunaux-Robin. Veuve Clicquot, Ruinart and Dom Pérignon are poured by the glass. Price level in 2026: a glass from around €25 ($25), bottles from around €115 ($125), none under €100. A 10% service charge is added.
