Upscale Italian and Japanese restaurant with the aqua spirit bar on the 17th floor of H Zentre, 15 Middle Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, facing the harbour and the Hong Kong Island skyline. About 35 Champagnes including half bottles and large formats, from Veuve Clicquot and Lenoble to Krug, Cristal and Dom Pérignon P2. Veuve Clicquot, Ruinart and Dom Pérignon are poured by the glass. Price level in 2026: a glass from around €20 ($25), half bottles from around €85 ($95), full bottles from around €115 ($125); only the half bottle is under €100. A 10% service charge is added.
