Mid-range restaurant on Borgergade serving sharing plates, open every evening from 17:30. The Champagne list is short and made up of growers only: about eleven wines from Franck Bonville, Laherte Frères, Christophe Mignon and Stroebel, a few of them in magnum. Franck Bonville Grand Cru is poured by the glass. Price level in 2026: a glass from around €25 ($25), bottles from around €115 ($130), none under €100.
