Upscale Japanese restaurant on La Cienega Boulevard, the original restaurant of chef Nobu Matsuhisa. Nobu’s own Grand Cru Champagne, made by Louis de Sacy, is poured by the glass, and about eight Champagnes are listed by the bottle, from Louis Roederer, Veuve Clicquot and Moët Rosé to Dom Pérignon and Cristal. Price level in 2026: a glass from around €20 ($25), bottles from just under €100 ($110), so one bottle and a half bottle come in under €100. Lunch and dinner daily.
