Petrossian is the West Hollywood outpost of the legendary Parisian caviar and luxury goods house, founded in 1920. The boutique restaurant on Robertson Boulevard pairs its world-renowned caviar with an excellent selection of Champagne by the bottle and by the glass, making it one of LA’s most indulgent Champagne-and-caviar experiences.
