Upscale New Nordic restaurant in a cellar on Snaregade, in the lanes between Gammel Strand and Kompagnistræde. The October 2026 wine list has 46 Champagnes, with serious growers such as Jacques Selosse, Ulysse Collin, Frédéric Savart, David Léclapart, R&L Legras and Paul Launois next to Bollinger R.D., Dom Pérignon, Cristal and Krug. Champagne is sold by the bottle only; the restaurant does not pour sparkling wine by the glass. Price level in 2026: bottles from around €120 ($135), none under €100.
