Le Comptoir de Sèze (Hôtel de Sèze)

Upscale bistro and bar inside the four-star Hôtel de Sèze on Allées de Tourny, a few steps from the Grand Théâtre. About ten Champagnes, from André Bergère (three cuvées), Laurent-Perrier and Billecart-Salmon Brut Réserve and Rosé to Piper-Heidsieck 2002 and Dom Ruinart, plus a Deutz magnum; Champagne is also poured by the glass. The bar is open daily from 2 p.m. to midnight; the restaurant is closed on Saturday lunch and Monday dinner. Price level in 2026: a glass from around €13 ($15), bottles from around €65 ($75), several under €100.
