Glou Glou Wein- und Champagnerbar

Glou Glou is a French wine and champagne bar with an attached delicatessen shop in the heart of Graz’s old town, run by sommeliers Fabio Golles and Johannes Hollerer. The focus is French, with a deep champagne list built almost entirely on grower producers from the Montagne de Reims, Cote des Blancs, Vallee de la Marne and Cote des Bar, alongside Krug Vintage. Three to four champagnes are open by the glass daily at around 9 to 12 euros, with many more by the bottle, served with tinned seafood and French baguette. Open Tuesday to Saturday.
