Upscale bar in the Hotel Imperial on the Ringstrasse, with wood panelling and a pianist in the evenings. Nine Champagnes by the glass, from Laurent-Perrier La Cuvée through Ruinart, Charles Heidsieck and Louis Roederer up to Dom Pérignon, and about 50 by the bottle, from grower Pierre Morlet to Krug Clos du Mesnil. Price level in 2026: a glass from around €22 ($25), full bottles from around €120 ($135); only half bottles come in under €100. Open daily from 9 am to 1 am.
