Upscale hotel bar inside the Hotel Sacher, opposite the Vienna State Opera. Four Champagnes by the glass, from Laurent-Perrier and Bollinger Rosé up to Laurent-Perrier Grand Siècle, and about 17 by the bottle, including Krug, Cristal, Billecart-Salmon Rosé, Ruinart and Dom Pérignon Rosé. Price level in 2026: a glass from around €21 ($25), full bottles from around €140 ($155); only half bottles come in under €100. Open daily from noon until midnight, until 1 am Thursday to Saturday.
