Reservation-only champagne and oyster bar hidden behind the lobby of the Baby Grand Hotel in Coronado, opened May 2026. Solid-brass booths upholstered in red mohair with built-in champagne buckets, an ornate mosaic floor, and a dramatic painted bar inspired by “The Raft of the Medusa.” Menu features Kumamoto oysters, scallop crudos, uni tartares and a serious champagne list. Open nightly from 5pm.
