Eden Kitchen & Bar (La Réserve Eden au Lac)

Upscale hotel bar and restaurant at La Réserve Eden au Lac on the lakeshore, designed by Philippe Starck, with a DJ booth and a kitchen holding one Michelin star. Michel Reybier 1er Cru and two Jeeper cuvées by the glass, and about 40 Champagnes by the bottle, from Jeeper to Larmandier-Bernier, Cédric Bouchard, Krug and Cristal Rosé, plus half bottles. The bar is open daily from 08:00 to midnight. Price level in 2026: a glass from around €25 ($30), bottles from around €95 ($110), with a few under €100.
