An elegant, intimate champagne and wine bar tucked under the stairs near Kyoto City Hall (close to the Ritz-Carlton). Krug and other prestige champagnes front and center, rare older vintages and even magnums by the glass, plus a superbly curated cheese selection and full kitchen. Open from 3 PM until midnight, closed Tuesdays. Premium prices – a special-occasion spot that feels like a private club.
