One-of-a-kind Kitashinchi bar pairing champagne with artisan soy sauces from across Japan (Taniyasu Seizieme Bldg B1). Always four champagnes by the glass plus a bottle list, matched with small plates and their famous egg-on-rice tasting with around 25 soy sauces. Courses from 2,500 yen; expect roughly 3,000-9,000 yen per person. Closed Sundays.
