Café Barolo

Located in the centre of Eindhoven, Café Barolo was founded by Michelin-starred chef Adrian Zarzo as a place where wine takes centre stage. Named after the famous village and wine region in Italy’s Piedmont, the concept is built around discovering exceptional bottles in a relaxed and welcoming setting rather than a formal fine dining environment.

Champagne plays an important role within the selection, alongside prestigious European wine regions and hidden gems chosen by the team. The wine list is designed to encourage discovery, whether you’re opening a celebratory bottle, comparing different styles by the glass, or exploring pairings with the kitchen’s seasonal dishes.

The food menu complements the wine focus with oysters, charcuterie, cheeses, caviar, and refined small plates, alongside a selection of warm dishes inspired by Mediterranean flavours.
