Bubbles-focused wine bar (Buvons means “let’s drink”) from Jeff Vejr, who also runs L’Orange, opened 2026. Cozy space pouring curated Champagne and sparkling wines by the glass and bottle, including Oregon sparklers, alongside food and art. Casual and convivial; mid-range pricing.
