Brasserie Bellevue

A classic French brasserie on the characteristic Kleine Berg in central Eindhoven, set in the landmark Van der Schoot building. Serves traditional French fare — pâté, steak tartare, fruit de mer, escargots — alongside an extensive wine list recognised by Star Wine List, with a good selection by the glass and bottle including champagne. One of the few quality places open for lunch on Mondays and Tuesdays. A welcome, elegant alternative to Eindhoven’s many fine-dining restaurants.
