New York steakhouse on the ground floor of Roppongi Duplex M’s. Two Champagnes are poured by the glass: Moët & Chandon Brut Impérial (¥2,650) and Veuve Clicquot Rosé (¥2,900). The wine list carries a long Champagne section by the bottle, from Moët & Chandon, Veuve Clicquot, Taittinger, Bollinger and Billecart-Salmon Rosé up to Dom Pérignon 2015, Krug Grande Cuvée, Cristal 2015 and Salon 2007, plus a few half bottles.
