French restaurant with a stone-walled dining room on rue du Temple in central Reims, plus outdoor tables in good weather. Its ‘champagnes d’auteurs’ list focuses on small grower producers, for example Julien Herbert Premier Cru, Famille Moussé Esquisse, Philippe Gonet Brut and Lamblot Les Côtes Chéries 2019. The online list shows bottles only, at roughly €65–130, so ask whether anything is poured by the glass. Open Tuesday to Saturday; closed Sunday and Monday. Reservations recommended.
