Vermeer is a one-Michelin-star restaurant in the NH Collection Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky, named in honour of the great Dutch master. Chef Chris Naylor’s menus celebrate the extraordinary produce of the Dutch polder landscape — heirloom vegetables, sustainably raised meats, and freshwater fish from the polders — in a cooking style that is both deeply rooted in Netherlands terroir and genuinely imaginative. The champagne list is excellent, and the grand hotel setting adds a layer of celebration to every visit.
