The Observatory (Grand Central Hotel)

The Observatory sits on the 23rd floor of the Grand Central Hotel and is billed as Ireland’s tallest bar, with panoramic views over Belfast. Its wine list runs a full Champagne page: Bollinger Special Cuvee is poured by the glass at around £27.50, with bottles including Ayala Blanc de Blancs, Ruinart, Krug Grande Cuvee, Dom Perignon and Cristal, plus rose Champagnes from Bollinger and Laurent-Perrier. There is also a Bollinger Experience, a chilled bottle served with a shared charcuterie board. Cocktails, small plates and cheese and charcuterie boards round out the menu.
