The Fitzwilliam Hotel is a five-star hotel on Great Victoria Street, beside the Grand Opera House in Belfast city centre. The Bar is a stylish spot known for its cocktails, with a dedicated Champagne menu: Bollinger Special Cuvee (including a half bottle) and Bollinger Rose, Veuve Clicquot Brut, Moet & Chandon Brut Imperial, Laurent-Perrier Cuvee Rose, Dom Perignon 2013 and Louis Roederer Cristal 2006, plus Taittinger, each served with a matched Joe & Seph’s popcorn.
