The Merchant Hotel

The Merchant Hotel is a five-star Victorian landmark in Belfast’s Cathedral Quarter, home to the two-AA-Rosette Great Room Restaurant and an award-winning Cocktail Bar. Its 200-plus-bottle wine list carries an extensive Champagne selection, with houses including Taittinger, Ruinart, Moet & Chandon, Veuve Clicquot, Bollinger, Louis Roederer, Krug, Dom Perignon and Cristal. Several Champagnes are poured by the glass, such as Taittinger Brut Reserve and Ruinart Brut, alongside a full range by the bottle.
