The Ivy Cardiff is an all-day brasserie on The Hayes in the city centre, part of The Ivy Collection. Champagne is served by the glass, from around 10 pounds with weekend brunch, and by the bottle from a broad list. The kitchen runs classic brasserie cooking from breakfast through to dinner, seven days a week. Central and busy, with walk-ins possible but booking wise at weekends.
