The Bubble Room (The Sphere, Grand Hotel Millennium Sofia)

The Bubble Room is Sofia’s first dedicated champagne bar, set in The Sphere lounge on the 30th floor of Grand Hotel Millennium, just below the helipad, with a 360-degree panorama over the city. The champagne list is curated by Pinot Sofia and built around independent grower producers rather than the big names, with houses such as Helene Charbaut, JM Seleque, Etienne Calsac, Elise Bougy, Andre Jacquart, Benoit Marguet, Fleury and Louise Brison. The menu spans Blanc de Blancs, Blanc de Noirs, Rose, Vintage, Extra Brut, Brut Nature and Zero Dosage, with part of the selection available by the glass. It runs as a seasonal summer concept, open Thursday to Saturday from sunset. Please confirm current pours and prices when ordering.
