Lassalle Cachet d’Or and Legras & Haas Rosé, and about 25 by the bottle, from Pierre Trichet, Laurent-Perrier and Chavost to Salon, plus a few half bottles. Price level in 2026: a glass from around €30 ($35), bottles from around €105 ($120), none under €100 apart from half bottles. Breakfast daily, lunch Monday to Saturday, dinner every evening.
