Champagne by the glass includes Vilmart rosé, Michel Gonet, Dom Pérignon and Krug, and the bottle list runs to about 200 Champagnes, from Chavost and Jeaunaux-Robin to old Dom Pérignon Plénitude. Price level in 2026: a glass from around €45 ($50), bottles from around €110 ($125), none under €100 apart from one half bottle. Reservations open a month at a time.
