Rüya Istanbul (Çırağan Palace Kempinski)

Upscale contemporary Anatolian restaurant inside Çırağan Palace Kempinski, right on the Bosphorus. Taittinger Brut and Moët & Chandon Grand Vintage Rosé are poured by the glass, and about 15 Champagnes come by the bottle, from Taittinger, Veuve Clicquot and Bollinger to Ruinart, Krug, Cristal and Dom Pérignon Rosé, plus magnums. Price level in 2026: a glass from around €55 ($60), bottles from around €260 ($290), none under €100. Open Tuesday to Sunday for lunch and dinner, with the lounge bar open until late.
