Fine dining restaurant cooking over a wood fire, on the rooftop of the Novotel in Karaköy, overlooking the Bosphorus and the old city. About ten Champagnes by the bottle, led by several Palmer & Co cuvées and running up to Moët & Chandon, Armand de Brignac Rosé and Dom Pérignon Rosé; there is no Champagne by the glass. Price level in 2026: bottles from around €175 ($195), none under €100. Dinner is served in the evening and the bar stays open later.
