Café and restaurant on level 3 of Paragon on Orchard Road. The wine list dated 13 February 2026 has three Champagnes by the bottle: Pierre Mignon Grande Réserve Brut at SGD 108, Billecart-Salmon Brut Réserve at 138 and Billecart-Salmon Brut Rosé at 169. No Champagne is listed by the glass; the sparkling glass pours are Prosecco. Open daily from 10am to 10pm, with last orders at 9pm.
