Montrachet is Brisbane’s most acclaimed French restaurant, a Parisian-style brasserie in Bowen Hills led by Michelin-trained chef Clement Chauvin. Its award-winning wine list (three glasses at the Australian Wine List of the Year Awards) carries a strong Champagne focus, spanning grower-producers such as Egly-Ouriet, Larmandier-Bernier, Vouette et Sorbee and Dhondt-Grellet alongside houses including Ayala, Philipponnat, Billecart-Salmon, Gosset and Krug. Champagne is offered both by the bottle and by the glass.
