Upscale restaurant in the old town of Montepulciano with a wine list of more than 500 labels. It lists 23 Champagnes by the bottle, many from small growers (Guillaume Phelizot, Aubert et Fils, Bernard-Pitois, Lucien Roguet, Dauby, Philippe Gilbert) next to Henriot, Drappier, Billecart-Salmon, Bruno Paillard and Ruinart, up to Dom Pérignon, Cristal and Krug Grande Cuvée. No Champagne by the glass is listed. Price level in 2026: bottles from around €50 ($55), many bottles under €100. Closed all day Tuesday and for lunch on Wednesday.
