Founded by Fanny Heucq, a Champagne grower’s daughter, the cave focuses on terroir-driven Champagnes from artisan vignerons, with a carefully curated selection of hundreds of cuvées. Visitors can also book tastings and workshops, making Dilettantes a great place to discover lesser-known producers and explore the diversity of Champagne beyond the famous names.
