Dedicated champagne bar on one of Gothenburg’s coziest cobbled courtyards, just off Magasinsgatan and sharing the yard with cocktail bar Bar Bruno and the Unity jazz club. The list runs to well over a hundred champagnes by the bottle from both grandes maisons and small growers, plus champagne and wine by the glass; knowledgeable, unpretentious staff guide you through it. The kitchen focuses on fish and seafood (excellent oysters, several starters) with Nordic-French touches. Relaxed atmosphere, lovely summer terrace. Price level 3.
