Gothenburg’s dedicated champagne bar and seafood restaurant on Kyrkogatan, set around a cosy courtyard (formerly Forssen & Oberg). It imports its own grower champagnes, offering well over a hundred champagnes by the bottle and a rotating selection by the glass, alongside oysters and fresh fish. The philosophy is that champagne should be good, accessible and unsnobby. Open Tuesday-Thursday; reservations recommended for dinner, drop-ins welcome for drinks. Moderate-to-high pricing.
