Upscale Nordic restaurant in the old warehouse at Strandgade 93 in Christianshavn, the building where noma started. About ten Champagnes by the bottle, nearly all growers: Lagache, Laherte Frères, Stroebel, Vouette et Sorbée, Amaury Beaufort, Georges Laval, Jacques Lassaigne and Jérôme Prévost, plus Krug Grande Cuvée. Laherte Frères Ultradition is poured by the glass. Dinner daily, lunch Friday to Sunday. Price level in 2026: a glass from around €25 ($30), bottles from around €125 ($145), none under €100.
